We had excellent accomadation in Leonardo Royal Hotel. Everything was perfect during our stay at the hotel. Breakfast, hospitality and room comfort was perfect .It was very clean and comfort hotel. The location was perfect too.I recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here the last 2 years for the carnival a group of us we have a brilliant time. I have an accessible room number 238 only downfall is I have a medical need for a CPAP there wasn’t a plug socket next to bed only on the side near window I couldn’t get my wheelchair to that one . Could you put a socket next to other side of bed please as we will be returning in February 2026 .

This is the third time for me in this hotel. I had a WOW experience while doing the check in with Sheena! Very friendly and polite, with a great free upgrade!! I also had dinner and breakfast, the waiting staff is really nice.

It's a perfect place for me as a first timer to go to dusseldoft. Overall, excellent service. Thank you

Only the bed was very small and the ac was not working

In general the hotel was very good. The only think to mention is, I would like to had a pair of sleepers in the room and in breakfast the staff in the entrance told me to pay right there, whereas my friend had charge it in her room.

Good lobby with a nice bar. Many variety of breakfast with separate area. Very clean and modern rooms. My next accommodation will be there again

We enjoyed our 2-night stay. Hotel is close to the Kö and our courtyard room was nice and quiet, even during new years. Breakfast was excellent and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Location feels safe and is still walking distance from the train station. We loved it.

It is located 5 minutes to central station by tram, and the staff is very good service oriented.

I think I will check for the availability here, whenever I visit Düsseldorf. It is very central, employees are super professional and rooms are spacious and very clean. Only thing I can maybe complain about was that the room was a bit too hot (although I turned the heating off). It may be an advantage for someone else, but I don't like sleeping in a hot room.

I'm overall very satisfied with my stay stay at your site. The only area of improvement I see, may be the (to long) duration before used tableware and cutlery has been removed from breakfast tables. Neither have the tables been quickly cleaned nor replaced by fresh tableware and cutlery. Probably my impression was not representative and only result of a specific situation during my visit.

Good location but in room services little and like 2 star.

Just spend one night here, but overall a very nice experience. Spacious room and very helpful staff. I would recommend this place if you want to visit Dusseldorf!

Everything was except the locations of lift... Other than that, it was a memorable experience. Room condition was clean and neat, breakfast was also great. I'd love to stay again.

Lovely room on 8th floor with panoramic view of the city. Very spacious with state-of-the-art coffee machine. Very comfortable bed. Spacious. Excellent breakfast with an amazing choice. All freshly prepared.

we go to the hotel a lot. it was my first time for a pleasure trip with my family as we celebrated 40 years of married life we were welcomed and treated like special guests thank you again fam m. amsterdam

I was there for a short business trip. I really liked the location, very central, short distance to the train station. It was a very cute and clean room with a big comfortable bed where I slept very well. There is just a one small point missing in the condition of the hotel because of the elevator to reach level 8 which are pretty old and slow - there was no access from the main elevator in the entrance hall without any note in there, but mentioned at the reception that we can also use this one to our rooms.

Have been visiting this hotel for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly staff excellent value for money comfortable and relaxing hotel bar. Well done team Leonardo Royal xx

We had to move here from a different accommodation during the middle of the night. There gentlemen at the reception helped with every request we had even though it was past midnight. They made sure we went to sleep with a peaceful mind that everything was settled. Thank you to all the staff from the front desk for helping us. Each and every one of them was great. This should be our go to hotel in Düsseldorf. Our family that travelled with us was very much pleased too. They hope to return soon!

It was perfectly what we were looking. Just one thing negative: the pillows in the bed are not comfortable ( seems synthetic). We will comeback next time !

nice hotel very centrally located to the main shopping street…easy access to metro and tram stop.

Overall exceptional. Our toilet blocked late in the evening and the hotel didn’t have any engineers there to help. We were offered a spare room which we checked out before moving all our stuff. My wife wiggled the toilet brush in our bathroom and sorted out the problem. I took the keys back to reception and was quizzed about entering the spare bedroom. I might be fussy because I stay at some very nice hotels but I felt uncomfortable with the situation.
