It is nice to be recognised due to my frequent visits. When there is a big event / fare we "regulars" are a bit forgotten. In general not important, but need to complain on something :-)

I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Love the breakfast selection and was very impressed with the bar staff. In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!

It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.

I have an overall pleasant experience during my stay for business trip and conference at Leonardo Royal Hotel. As a Thai people, I felt like home when I met Thai staff there. There are 3 Thai ladies working at the hotel, they supported me and my Thai colleagues a lot. Also other Asian staff in Breakfast team supported Thai customers actively. However, I got bad experiences with some Reception staff due to an amenity request and Check-out payment. That's why I can't rate full score to Leonardo Royal Hotel.

Great reception, check could have been handled a little better but the recovery was excellent

Clean, friendly staff, good quality. The one thing you could improve is the fitness area!

We had an amazing one night stay for a concert and were blown away by the luxury of the hotel. The check in was quick as I had already checked in on line prior to arrival. The two ladies who worked the bar yesterday sun and Monday afternoon were very lovely and friendly. We will definitely stay again! My own point of constructive feedback would be that the food menu could do with being a bit more varied. But besides this, a wonderful stay and we will be back

Beautiful hotel with a lot of ambiance, lovely rooms, good beds, nice shower, and delicious cocktails. The bar is outstanding and adds value!

Excellent choice for concerts in Munich. Walking distance to Olympiastadium. 2 minutes from U-bahn station. Modern hotel, cosy, elegant, clean. Bar and restaurant ok. Friendly staff. Highly recommend

Enjoyed my stay. Good location, nice ambient, clean, good staff. Only minus were slow internet speed and a long waiting line during check out. I do recommend and will likely use this hotel for future business trips.

Extremely helpful staff, good price and excellent rooms full of everything you may need (coffee machine included). Comfortable (and big) bed, great desk to work on, and spacious bathroom with everything necessary included. Breakfast and restaurants are great and the wifi works perfectly.

Excellent hotel, tidy and roomy. Toilet door (plastic glass)was a little odd but we were among the family so it was not a problem for us.

I booked the hotel in an emergency as my flight got cancelled. A colleague recommended it and it was much better than my expectation.

Distance from lift to room way too long, otherwise excellent, no microwave

The additional food, bar service, music put on by the hotel due to a concert nearby [that we attended] made the stay even more enjoyable.

It would have been good if there were toiletries to buy at reception. It is a long way to the nearest shop.

Fantastic hotel and overall experience: super clean, equipped and friendly staff. Location is also great, one of the most beautiful parks just across the street. Will definitely come again and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Excellent hotel branch! I stayed at this hotel in Brighton and Munich and there are no complaints.

Even tho we mistook this hotel with the other Leonardo Hotel at the city center, we have absolutely no regrets staying here. The staff is great, the hotel super clean and chic, and the food amazing. Also, it's super accessible by subway, since there is a bus and subway station 5 min from the hotel. Totally recommend it and would definitely come back.
