It was very close to the Santiago Bernabéu, the room were very nice and the you had lots of food to choose from during breakfeast. The reception staff was nice so was the bar staff, the bar staff was ready with our drinks in a short time.

The room was clean and the hotel was welcoming. I would totally return someday!

Modern facilities,very helpful and accomodating staff,clean,quiet

As a returning client, and having had an excellent experience last time, my expectations were high. I was assigned a bigger room than last time, with lots of space and better lighting. I always appreciate the convenience of the coffee machine in the room. Additionally, the bathroom was in excellent condition—super clean and neat. The only remark I have is that on my check-out day, the hairdryer was malfunctioning (I forgot to mention it on my way out). Thank you for the welcoming service, and congratulations to the team for the excellence they provide.

We loved the hotel. The style is fabulous, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cool and spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread was amazing. The location is great, easy access to tube stations and other transports. If I’m in Madrid I will be staying at NYX again. In fact, from now onwards wherever I go I will look for a Leonardo hotel.

A quirky art hotel in Madrid a little north of the city. Clean rooms, helpful staff, cool rooftop pool. Would be good of the pool was warmed. Lovely bar stuff at the pool had a good laugh with him. Bathroom needs to offer more toilet paper not just one roll a day. The housekeeping is done regularly. Check out is an excellent time and suits most families. Overall great stay and would recommend

All things are great but 2 small things that I would check to be a bit better. When I booked the hotel on booking there was no information regarding that the balcony would not be possible to smoke, not a big problem because the hotel has proper facilities to provide a space for smokers. But it will be nice during the booking to have that information so the balcony is just a unnecessary plus. (Also I also possible missed that information, just double check) So the water in the room is great in pressure, but there is a temperature change every 30 seconds on the bath, so sometimes you can burn (can be a room problem 707). The staff is great, a excellent hotel, will come back in the future, thank you :) please continue with the great service.

very nice hotel staff attentive location very close to all amenities

We went to the sky rooftop bar on our last night to have some drinks and something to eat on our last night here, we just wanted something quick and simple because we were tired of having been visiting the city all day. Right away we were attended by a waiter called Daniel Guerrero that quickly picked up on our food preferences without us having to tell him anything, he even recommended us a dish to go with our drinks, we were greatly surprised at how attentive he was towards us. Right after, me and my partner got to enjoy our evening on the rooftop accompanied of great food and music. Since there wasn't much people left because of how late it was we went to thank Guerrero for his service and ended up having a blast talking about the city and our personal experiences. As someone that has worked directly with customers too I can tell he loves his job by still having such a smile after a long day at work, and so we really appreciate this kind of service.

Over all our stay was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I would say is we noticed the women working at the front desk seemed cold and unfriendly. It’s like it was a bother to be helpful or to even smile or look at you in the face. Need to work on their customer service skills. The men however were very helpful and friendly. Smiling and cheerful. Thanks so much for giving us a comfortable stay!

Very modern clean hotel. Very good restaurants in close proximity. Great reception staff and bar staff. Only thing that is minus is the loud music we had to endure in the swimming pool area the last day. Every time someone complained about the loud music, the employees turned it back up again.

Overall a fine stay, my second at this location. Better than the first time (when the elevators broke and there was lots of water leaking). Still tho, it wasn't exactly to my liking. The room I received was very small, no room to walk around. Though it had a nice view, it was clean and the bed was comfortable, I'm not sure if this was the correct room I paid for.... In any case, this hotel simply doesn't seem suitable for a serious business traveller. There is no proper table in the room, and no suitable chair to sit in. I had to take some video calls and there was simply no good / comfortable way to to this. The room did not have an iron, so I asked and one was delivered. I didn't look closely before using it tho and it left a big black mark on a nearly new shirt. Not cool. If you have kids and want to hang by an energetic, loud pool scene or watch a game in the downstairs bar this hotel is awesome. If you need to do some serious work in the room or go to meetings looking pressed you might choose a different place. I love NYX/Leonardo hotels but just not convinced about this one.

Very convenient location. Due to our own time constraints, we weren't able to enjoy the pool, but the entire property was excellent. If I owned a business I would hire the breakfast hostess in a heartbeat. The cleaning staff were also excellent.

What a pleasant surprise! The NYX is a city hotel, not that big, which makes it accommodating, cozy, and very friendly. Very well located near Orense and Nuevos Ministerios, you are a short walk away from all the city buzz. The decoration is splendid, I loved the artsy look and feel. The sky bar is excellent and the rooftop swimming pool is an excellent way to refresh after a warm hard day in the high temperatures of Madrid. Although the room was very small, it was cozy. The bathroom was also small, but well-equipped. The breakfast was very good with lots of offers for all tastes. I didn’t experience the bar, but it looked good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They provided good service at check-in and check-out. Considering the location, facilities, and general accommodations, the hotel offers great value for money. Overall, the NYX Hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Madrid.

Me and my brother stayed her for a couple of nights. The hotel was lovely. Very modern and clean inside. Room was tidy and had everything we needed in. Pool area was very nice pool was cold however with the blazing heat this was fine! All staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly, water and apples available was a lovely touch as well as coffee station in the room! Would highly recommend

We were there for one night end May 24. Good location and easy access to and from the airport. Neighbourhood seemed safe. Its a 12min walk to bernabeu stadium. Lots of restaurants, super markets near by. The nearest metro is a 15-20min walk. I had my mum who is 76yrs old ao it took a while. A big Thank you to the lady at the bar/restaurant who was very helpful when ordering food for my son who has allergies. She was friendly and extremely helpful.

Clean hotel with great staff. Very close to Madrid football stadium. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of continental breakfast and hot buffet. Bar was pleasant although expensive and on last evening no cocktails were available. Evening food options tasty but limited. Burgers in the bar were very good. All staff were excellent and would stop here again. There is also a supermarket and plenty of tapas bars within 5min walk. Taxi rank outside hotel for easy drop off and pick up. Around 20min taxi to centre of Madrid or 20mins on metro. Between 15 and 20min taxi ride from airport.

Myself and my Son had the best stay, so close to the stadium and so much to offer around the area. The Hotel was amazing with so much to offer too. We absolutely loved it and all the staff. Thank you

Very nice hotel. Whithin walking distance to restaurants and the stadium Bernabeu. Nice amenities. Breakfast buffet a bitexpensive but not bad. Shower handle was a little hard to set between cold and hot but doable after a few trys. Loved the stay.

Started over the Easter weekend with friends on a stag do , stayed in room 530 , was very clean and with a powerful shower . The toilet system seemed to make a lot of noise in the night which was quite annoying but otherwise I have no complaints.

HI, I really like the hotel but I want to suggest to add a toilet brush to the room.

Amazing hotel. Best breakfast choices I have ever had in a hotel. Reception staff really helpful in getting us Real Madrid tickets. Only one minus was only one bar staff on when it was match day meant along wait for drinks it would have been helpful to order online for food and drinks.
