Terms & Conditions for Leonardo Hotels Summer Giveaway - Instagram

1. The promoter is: Leonardo Hotels managed by Sunflower Management GmbH & Co. KG (registered with the local court of Berlin-Charlottenburg under number HRA 38202) whose registered office is at Landsberger Allee 117A, 10407 Berlin, Germany.
2. The purpose of this contest is to reward the followers of Leonardo Hotels on Instagram for their participation in the Summer Giveaway.
3. The contest is open to followers of the Leonardo Hotels’ Instagram account (account name @leonardohotels), over 18 years of age. 
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
5. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The contest starts on August 16th 2024, 10am CET and ends on August 19th 2024 at 08am CET. Closing date for entry will be August 19th 2024 at 08am CET. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. The rules of the contest and how to enter are as follows:

   2. Comment your best summer memory
   3. Follow @leonardohotels
   4. Participants can share the contest post in their stories mentioning @leonardohotels and using the hashtag #leonardosummer. This is not necessary to enter the contest and does not have any impact on winning chances.
       
8. The prize is as follows:
   There will be 5 prices which
   Price 1: Hotel voucher for 2 nights stay for two people in a double room (breakfast included) in a participating Leonardo Hotel in the Netherlands or Belgium. The voucher is valid for a period of 2 years after issuance and subject to availability of hotel rooms.The voucher shall be used in a single solution.
   Price 2: Hotel voucher for 2 nights stay for two people in a double room (breakfast included) in a participating Leonardo Hotel in the United Kingdom or Ireland. The voucher is valid for a period of 2 years after issuance and subject to availability of hotel rooms.The voucher shall be used in a single solution.
   Price 3: Hotel voucher for 2 nights stay for two people in a double room (breakfast included) in a participating Leonardo Hotel in Cyprus or Greece. The voucher is valid for a period of 2 years after issuance and subject to availability of hotel rooms.The voucher shall be used in a single solution. Rooms are only available until October each year and the monthly of July and August are excluded from the voucher.
   Price 4 and 5: Hotel voucher for 2 nights stay for two people in a double room (breakfast included) in a participating Leonardo Hotel in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic or Romania. The voucher is valid for a period of 2 years after issuance and subject to availability of hotel rooms.The voucher shall be used in a single solution. Excluded is the Nikolai Hotel Hamburg.
    
9. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
10. The winners are responsible for all necessary travel formalities (e.g. valid passport, visa etc.) and costs of all travellers. If a winner is unable to travel for reasons for which Leonardo Hotels is not responsible, he loses his claim to the prize and has no claim to compensation.
11. All participants will enter an online raffle from which the winner will be chosen randomly. The generator to randomly determine the winner will be https://www.random.org/integers/ 
12. The promoter will announce the winners on the Instagram account via Instagram Stories and by sending a personal direct message on Instagram to each winner within 1 week after the closing date of the contest. Redeeming of prizes requires the winner to submit his full name, e-mail address, birth date and postal address within 2 weeks upon request of the promoter. Unredeemed winnings or winnings not redeemed within the 2 weeks period will forfeit. The hotel voucher will be issued for the submitted name and cannot be transferred or sold to any other person.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is granting his/her permission to grant to Leonardo Hotels the right and license to publish and use the submitted content in connection with Leonardo Hotels’s Instagram account, in re-posting, liking in re-posting, liking, Leonardo Hotels Blog, Google Maps or otherwise.
14. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by German law. The recourse to the courts is excluded.
15. Any personal data relating to the participants will be used solely in accordance with current EU and German data protection legislation.
16. Personal data will only be used for a defined period of time, automatically deleted as soon as it is no longer required and not passed on to third parties. You can obtain information about your stored personal data at any time (Art. 15 GDPR), request its correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and exercise your right to data transfer (Art. 20 GDPR). In addition, you can change or revoke your declaration of consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future (Art. 21 GDPR). Please note that data processing that took place before the revocation is not affected by this. 17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or any other social network. Each participant agrees to release such social network from any claims regarding the contest.
18. Leonardo Hotels shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. Leonardo Hotels also reserves the right to cancel the contest if circumstances arise outside of its control.
