Everyone's expectations and understanding of comfort may vary. I slept very comfortably. I am not someone who has high expectations. But silence is very important. The hotel was generally peaceful and quiet. I have been staying at this hotel for two years. All the staff from the reception to the restaurant welcome us like guests in their home. When there is a problem, they contribute to the solution of the problem with extra energy. Thank you.

As a regular visitor I always feel like a valued customer and the staff are always friendly and helpful. This week I arrived early to the hotel and the reception team were great, they offered me my room earlier than the usual check in time which was really helpful as I had more luggage than I usually travel with.

A smile on once face always adds to the hospitality especially in the business that you are in.

The perfect stay! Top value for your money! Nice big and clean rooms. Friendly staff, a breakfast with a lot to choose from and parking in front of the building.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Leonardo. We came for football tournament and stayed two nights. Room was very modern, clean and spacious. Coffee machine, water, very fine beds, everything was top notch. Subway and bus in the area. We would come again.

Mistakenly I was booked twice which I also brought to the notice of the Front Office Manager. Unfortunately the amount hasn't been credited to my credit card. Requesting who so ever in charge to kindly do the needful.

The reception staff was very friendly and competent when checking in and checking out. I was very surprised by the size of the room for the price and was very happy about it. I've paid a lot more for maybe just a quarter of the room. Everything was clean. Due to hot weather, it was very warm in the room. The air conditioner wasnt that cool, as I wished, but it was ok for 2 days. The breakfast had typical food and the staff was also very friendly. Overall very recommendable. :)

A great place to stay.

We visited the Leonardo Hotel Offenbach already a few times and this visit last weekend has been again justification for our choice of this hotel. Very friendly staff, very engaged, room has been perfectly prepared (we were lucky to receive an upgrade this time). Overall a great experience and whenever we will be back in the area, the Leonardo Hotel Offenbach will be our homebase!

The hotel, staff and food was very good. I had requested housekeeping on our second day but when we returned to the room early afternoon housekeeping had not entered. I had to call reception and it was taken care of quickly. In a hotel of this calibre it should not have happened.

Very comfortable, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast - I like the vegetables were added to the choice! The only thing what is not optimal are the pillows - either to big or not comfortable. Also, I was staying in the room 526 - here the cover for the eye-view on the door is missing. In the evening, everybody can see into the room. I like the hotel very much and it is always pleasant to come back.

I have seldom encountered a receptionist who was as friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a bit early and already leave our car in the horel lot, which made our logistics so much easier. Plus we got an upgraded room in the process, which was a surprise bonus we didn’t ask for. All aspects of our stay were superb. I highly recommend this hotel!

My room on 6 th floor had very good views , very quiet, my room was very comfortable and clean I will stay here again if I come to Offenbach . I hope that the other Leonardo hotels are similar, for me to make them my choice of place to stay .

I check out many hotels in the region and find the Leonardo the best option. Great value for money. Clean and nice rooms and bathroom facilities. Easy to book online. good location.

You should upgrade the function of the department that answers to the e-mail "Reservations Leonardo Hotels Frankfurt" because they are toooooo slow on response and make mistakes. Although we have send an e-mail with my data (name and surname) they have book the room with a wrong name and we couldn't find the reservation. We have send a copy of the swift bank payment at 30/11/23 and up until my arrival it seems that the payment was not made.

IMHO the best Barmanager I have ever experienced. And I am traveling extensively as AirCrew/Bonvoy Titanium. Personality, competence, people skills and hard working in an perfect combination. If I owned a Bar this gentleman would be on my top list of people to employ. Thanks for the great time !

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Offenbach on a business trip. It’s a great hotel. The room was large and really comfortable with great views of the river. The reception staff were also super helpful. Lots of nice things to eat at breakfast. All in all, a great stay and good value.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly. Good value for the money. Could you please check the quality of the pillows - they are very uncomfortable - the small ones as well as the big ones. This is also comment from many of my colleagues who stayed in the hotel.

Be an even better experience if the daily car parking fee was not so high.
