The staff was very friendly and helpful. With my very limited German, the staff was able to communicate effectively and efficiently using English!

All of the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and nice. The young lady at reception that checked me in was very nice and helpful. My check-in was on September 25th around 16:00. The restaurant manager was nice and helpful as well

We liked the design of the hotel. It had a touch of care with details. Also very efficient operation. However, too late I found that the a/c did not work (room 317); since I was tired I did not get to inform the reception - sorry. A minor detail was that the plug in the sink didn't close properly.

The Leonardo Bad Kreuznach is a stylish modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and a stylish (somewhat pricey) restaurant. Check-in and Check-out were super friendly and fast. ; The hotel is located in an industrial park, not in the city of Bad Kreuznach, but not did not matter for us as we were not too fond of the. city anyway

They offered a good range of breakfast variety, but dinner menu option can be more. Good environment with nice and polite staffs. One little comment for improvement ~ the tablet in the room was broken, it would be nice to place a menu book for the ease of room service ordering.

Great restaurant! Food and service are great! I tried Local wine. I love it. Too bad to I did not take home w me. Also Bed mattress is great too. I want to know what kind of company it is.

Love the hotel and it's staff. All so friendly! Allso breakfast and diner were really good, with many tasteful choices. Will definitely come if I need to be in the area again!

My husband and I had a very good experience at Leonardo Hotel. We will suggest this place for sure.

You ask €22 for Charging our car. But there is a diverence between a full electric car and a phev. €22 for a full electric car, we can understand. But a phev which needs less, its absurd.
